A bad night's sleep left me awake very early on Monday morning. I didn't have any lesson planning to do as the class I usually teach on a Monday morning were gallivanting around the country on "research trips", so I decided to bake something. After a quick rummage through the cupboards, I'd found enough ingredients to put together an apple strudel (yes,that's what the picture above is supposed to be). 45 minutes later and voila, one apple strudel :-) And all before 9am. Perhaps there's hope of making a domestic goddess of me yet :-)
