New pubs and restaurants seem to be springing up all over the place near the university where I work. One such pub has just opened next to the park and has a lovely outdoor seating area. Having been in the library for most of the afternoon, we decided to go and sample the delights the new pub has to offer. Being Brno, you're guaranteed to bump into someone you know when you're out and about, so what started out as a group of three going for a drink, ended as a group of 7 round one table having a nice evening :-) The photo is the view of the park from the pub.
