This photo was taken at 6.40am. I was woken up by a "neighbour", who has clearly lost the plot, throwing most of their possessions off their balcony at 6.30am (the mess visible on the grass). Sadly this has been happening quite regularly for the past two weeks. An ambulance turned up shortly after this photo was taken, and the neighbour was taken away. I hope he gets the help he needs.
