Day 153 - 2nd June 2010

I'm beginning to see why Noah built his arc. Might take a leaf out of his book soon if it doesn't stop raining. Anyway, despite the drops falling relentlessly from the sky, a friend and I decided to go for lunch in a new Japanese restaurant that's recently opened in town. The food was lovely - well bar the tea that tasted like soy sauce - and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Although the photo of the day looks like an advert for umbrellas, this seemed to be a common sight in almost every pub and restaurant this lunchtime seeing as you really couldn't leave home without your brolly.
