Yet more exams and examining today. After work some colleagues and I decided to pop into the restaurant down the road from the office for a bite to eat. The restaurant has a lovely outside patio (they call it a garden but it doesn't look like a garden to me) which, in the summer, is a great place to sit. The day had been pleasantly warm and sunny, so the patio is where we parked ourselves. Until the heavens opened. We were treated to a performance of thunder, lightening, heavy rain and hail. And this went on all night. The picture above was taken just at the point when hail decided to join his friends wind, rain, thunder and lightening.
