I'm not a fan of Mondays. In fact this song sums up my feelings perfectly. However, Monday happened, and as usual it was time to teach my lovely scientists at the University of Technology in Brno. I have to say teaching this group is a fabulous way to start the week. They are lively, fun and always smiling. Today was particularly amusing as I was presented with this "coursebook" by one of the professors, and told that it was simply the best coursebook in the world for learning English. Who said that conrtived language presented and worked with at sentence level was not the way forward????
