Today I flew back to Blighty for a few days. As usual I flew from the little "international" airport that we have here in Brno, which was almost bursting at the seems with people returning home after the long weekend. From the airport in London (well Essex would be a more accurate description of its location) I caught the bus to the centre of London before hopping on a train to get to my folks. Being night time, the bus journey through central London was particularly colourful and I felt well and truly like a tourist staring wide-eyed out of the window at the lights, sights, and wonders that London has to offer.Although the photo needs no introduction, the big wheel is the London eye all dressed up for the evening.
