A new month and a reason to celebrate :-) As usual Monday night was spent in the local pub where beer and classy conversation flowed freely - well the beer wasn't exactly free and conversation became a little less classy the more we drank. I'm not too sure muffins are the perfect accompaniment to a pint, but when hunger strikes.......
