One of the things I've noticed about living in the Czech Republic is just how safe it seems. Whether that's because I'm living in a relatively small town in Moravia, or whether that's because the country is a safer place than the UK, I'm not sure. I suspect the former is true. However, this sign on one of the doors at the university hospital caught my attention. Do that many people really carry guns? Perhaps Brno isn't as safe as I once thought.
